At Scrubbies Scrubs, we are more than just a scrubs brand.

We are a women-owned South African company that was born in the midst of the pandemic, driven by the desire to make a positive impact in our local community.

As job losses hit our region, we saw an opportunity to support and empower our fellow South Africans. We embarked on a journey to create high-quality medical scrubs, jogger scrubs, scrub tops, and scrub pants, all while providing meaningful employment and training opportunities to those in need.

With a focus on quality, sustainability, and community development, we are proud to be part of South Africa's resilience and growth.

FAQ

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Embroidered products cannot be exchanged or returned. 

• Returns/exchanges lodged after more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted. 

• Orders that are not placed from our "Fast Shipping" collection cannot be canceled once placed as items will be manufactured specifically for the order. 

• Exchanges only on products that are damaged before delivery, do not fit according to size chart, completely different colour was delivered. 

• Slight variations in colour are not accepted. 

• Refunds only for damaged or incorrect products. 

• Sale items cannot be returned.

• Customer may be liable for the return/exchange shipping cost.

• More than 2 sets of scrubs returned can only get partial refunds. More than 4 sets returned cannot get refunded.

  • Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 5-14 business days (including manufacturing time)
  • Customer may be liable for the return/exchange shipping cost.
